MTN Recruitment Process
The interview panel usually constitute three members; The recruiting manager, HR and a Senior Manager. The recruiting manager asks questions about the job, the HR asks questions about the company’s values, and the senior manager asks general questions.
Entry Requirements for MTN Recruitment
The first basic requirement is that all applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth. Candidates interested in the ongoing MTN 2023 recruitment exercise must not be less than 18 of age and not more than 40 years.
Candidates must possess a minimum of Five Credits in no more than two sittings in West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), and General Certificate of Education (GCE).
Credit in English is also compulsory. Possession of HND, B.Sc, or an OND certificate in any related discipline, and from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
