ABOUT WEST AFRICAN UNION UNIVERSITY (WAUU)

It began at a low level as the Reputation Tutorial Centre, a small organization that took on the task of offering clearly defined tutorial services to young people who had taken national exams like the WAEC-SSCE and JAMB in Lagos and Owo, Ondo State.
The institution was forced to seek affiliation with the Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Otto-Ijanikin, Lagos, in 2005 as managing director of the Dopemu-Agege Satellite Center of the College of Education with more than 100 students due to the excellent results obtained within two to three years of this well-nourished tutorial program.
The Center was the best organizing center for 2006 thanks to its outstanding performance in its inaugural year of existence. PECOX Global Inv. Ltd.’s registration in 2007 and the incorporation of Prestige Educational Consultancy Ltd. as a limited liability company in respect of its prior position as a business name marked additional advancements in the organization’s services.
PECOX GIL and Prestige Educonsult Ltd. are significant players in the Nigerian education consulting market. Both companies have, at various times, had affiliations with reputable institutions in Nigeria and abroad, including Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Olabisi Onabanjo University Consult, and the Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education in Yew.

The organization has broadened its scope by providing additional supporting tertiary education facilities as a global player as a result of its expertise with partnership systems.
